The company is obliged by law to give you certain information about Health & Safety. This is displayed on the statutory HSE Notice or can be viewed here
Leave the site/building by the safest route and wait at the evacuation point specified below for further instructions
Do
Not fight the fire unless safe to do so
Do
Not stop to collect any personal possessions on the way out
Do
Not return to the building until told to do so by the Fire Brigade
The
company refutes the notion that the alarm should be raised only in the event of
a “large” fire. All employees
are empowered to take this action if they believe there is a fire; no authority
should or is required to be sought from any other person. The company will always
support employees who raise the alarm in good faith, regardless of whether or
not it is ultimately determined that a fire existed.
Responsibility for summoning the fire brigade
lies firstly with the senior person. Where circumstances dictate the person discovering the fire may call
the fire brigade after raising the alarm within the premises.

Accidents
All
accidents, however small, must be reported to the office and added to the
accident book. All accidents which
result in external medical assistance or time off work will be investigated by
our advisors.
